step1 Your store/branch/restaurant profile is created with myHRtool.com staff. This is a one-time process that lets the system know your company's hours, departments, positions, shifts, as well as other applicable details you choose to incorporate.

Employee information such as employee name, data, photo, available hours per day/week, positions they can work, min/max hours they can work, or other specific criteria that you choose.
step3 Enter your staffing requirements for the desired time period (day/week/month), and press the  "Schedule" button. Your schedule will be automatically completed. After your review and approval, the schedule will be immediately & automatically emailed to your employees and can be printed for hard copy distribution as well.

The manager responsible for scheduling simply logs into our secure website. From here the manager simply creates or modifies schedules electronically (day/week/month staffing schedule, daily meal & break schedule (if required), vacation schedule and training schedule) with a few simple clicks of the mouse.

The schedule is completed automatically, using the rules you set up in the system by referencing parameters such as hours of operation, your staffing requirements, labour budgets and profiles of the employee pool to draw from.

In addition, the manager can complete:

  • Performance reviews
  • Post news items
  • Track historical data for future planning
  • Create meaningful reports.

Employees are also able to access this site to view their schedules, workplace news & events (staff meetings, training to complete, sales campaigns etc), edit certain sections of their profile, communicate with the scheduler/manager and post news items for other staff to view.
