Managers will be able to have the system automatically generate a schedule; weeks, months, even years, in advance. The generation of the schedule will be based on the employee info and shift criteria entered by your schedule administrator.

Email notification & On-line Viewing

Upon completion or modification of a schedule, affected staff will be emailed of schedule updates and can view on-line. Anytime, Anywhere!

Full Time Equivalent (FTE) allocation management

Our system has the option to enable an FTE allocation value into the scheduling algorithm should your transaction management systems or labour budgets produce such a value for your scheduling requirements to take into account. This can be manually entered or automatically imported into myHRtool.com for schedule manipulation.

Employee skills / shift matching

Ensures your higher skilled employees are assigned the busier, more demanding shifts first.

Labour Cost Budgeting

Provides breakdown of scheduled labour costs by shift / department / operation.

Employee Performance Management

Tracks and records employee performance from auto-generated items such as “lates” to full manual entry for detailed input.

Multi-department or location employee pooling 

This tool will allow you to easily utilize your casual labour pool in a “community” of departments and or locations. Available employees will be able to be populated in the schedule with ease. Managers from different operations will see the hours that a pooled employee has available, without causing conflict with another operation. Appropriate timesheet paperwork can be emailed or faxed to the Human Resources department to ensure that the multi-department / location employee is paid from the appropriate source.

Meaningful Reports

This system will allow you to produce meaningful reports from a single location level to a national level, such as: labour usage vs. daily/monthly/annual revenue, performance reporting on individuals, strategic employee placement etc. The reporting possibilities are limitless. All of the historical records and quantifiable data will help you to maintain allocated staff budgets and maximize it at the lowest cost.

We will assist you with initial setup by working with you to build your operations “custom” profile, as well as, by uploading your company logo to customize the view when you and your employees log-in.
